Our health and safety policy underlines the requirement for our employees to put their safety and that of others before all other considerations. Special emphasis is placed on safety arrangements for visiting remote or empty property sites. Our managing agents have clear responsibilities for carrying out periodic inspections and dealing with particular health, safety and environmental considerations as they arise. All our property development and refurbishment projects adhere to applicable health, safety and environmental regulations. We carry out a rolling programme of inspections on our residential units, carrying out upgrade works where necessary and ensuring that premises comply with fire, electrical, gas and other environmental safety requirements.
